Schmidt Farms was established in 1921 and has been serving our community for over 100 years. The business has been passed down through the family for years with our owner Nathan Huyck taking over and renaming it to Huyck Farms in 2017. Nathan has been working at the farm since he was fourteen, when his great-uncle Bud Schmidt was the owner.

Now as Huyck Farms and Orchards, we have put our primary focus on our orchard of peaches, nectarines, apples, and also growing a wide variety of pumpkins each year.

We hope you’ll stop by our farm and see what all the fuss is about. We’re located at 3005 Cairo Road in Paducah, Kentucky. If you’re in Paducah, we’re closer than you think. You’ll find our home, farm, orchards, and barn market all between the Ohio River and Paducah’s Bob Noble Park.
